Young La Veta wrestler seeks the crown

LA VETA- La Veta youth wrestling club member, Dawson Menegatti, son of Dave and Brandi Menegatti will begin his quest for the triple crown in the Rocky Mt. National tournament series in Denver, Colorado this Saturday at the Monster Match Nationals.  Dawson has wrestled for the La Veta youth program for three years and was the National runner up two years ago at the Rocky Mt. Nationals. Dawson has set a goal to be a Triple Crown winner which includes the Monster Match National, Who′s Bad National Classic and the Rocky Mt. Nationals.   He will be coached by Ron Ortivez III a former La Veta High School wrestler for La Veta.
