Culebra Range Community Coalition Environmental Scholarship Program

OUR WORLD — The Culebra Range Community Coalition, CRCC, is a local nonprofit whose work focuses mainly on youth, education, and the environment.  The CRCC Environmental Scholarship Program combines all three; youth, education, and the environment. We feel investing in youth and environmental education is an effective strategy for protecting and enhancing the health and beauty of our natural environment. Accordingly, the CRCC Environmental Scholarship Program was started in 2012, awarding two $4,000 college scholarships. Each year since, 3 to 5 more scholarships have been awarded. Through the first nine years of the program we have awarded four-year scholarship to 34 local students.
Students interested in applying can either contact us directly at tomandlindaperry@gmail.com or contact their local high school counselor. Donors willing to contribute to this program for youth and the local environment can contact us at tomandlindaperry@gmail.com.
