Rose Marie Anselmo, 86, of Walsenburg died Monday, November 19, 2012 in Pueblo, Colorado. She was born November 20, 1925 in Walsenburg, Colorado.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Amadeo ‘Tex’ Anselmo, her parents, a sister, and brother-in-law.
She is survived by her three children; Barbara (Gary) Agnes, James (Pat) Anselmo, and Albert (Charlene) Anselmo; grandchildren; Shan (Christy) Siegle Jr. (Laurie) Siegle, Sherri Anselmo (Joe Faris), Kimberly Anselmo (Robert Medina), Kevin Anselmo and Jason Anselmo (Golden).
She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Rose Marie was a life long resident of Walsenburg and spent her life ranching.
There will be a viewing at Boies-Ortega Funeral Home until 5 pm, before the Rosary which will be Friday, November 23, 2012 at 7 pm at St. Mary Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will be Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 10 am at St. Mary Catholic Church. Burial will be at the South St. Mary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to the Sangre de Cristo Hospice House in Pueblo, Colorado.
