Roger Wayne Walker, 58, of Walsenburg, CO, formerly of Ft. Worth, TX, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2011.
Roger was born March 1, 1953 in Sonora, TX.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Walker, brothers Jerry and Robert Walker and his sister, Sherry Copeland.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Walker of Fort Worth; mother, Mildred Self and husband Irby; brothers, Ronnie and Steve Walker; stepbrother, Russell Self; stepchildren Mike McMaster and wife Tina, Gary McMaster Sr. and wife Faye, Debbie Barnes and husband Lynn, Sharon Cagle and husband Robert as well as by 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A small memorial service will be held at the church located at 801 Pennsylvania Ave., in Walsenburg at 12 noon Saturday, October 1, 2011.
