TRINIDAD- Lisa Grace Kellogg bowed out of a candidate forum scheduled last week in Trinidad at the last minute, citing a scheduling conflict. This is at least the fourth time Kellogg has ducked facing her opponent, incumbent Wes McKinley in debating issues facing southern Coloradans.
Some believe that this skipping out on debates is part of a wider Republican strategy. According to the Denver Post, (Sunday, Oct 10, 2010) more and more regional and even national candidates seem to choose to appear only at GOP-favoring functions.
