Arrests:
John D. Phillips, 63, was arrested in Raton on a Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court warrant for failure to appear on a number of traffic citations; failure to provide proof of registration and speeding. He was also cited for driving with a suspended license and was involved in a traffic accident on I-25 that caused minor damage.
Incidents
Ruben Zacarias was a fraud victim in Eagle Nest.
Traci Sue Gagnon was a victim of assault in Raton.
Kyle Sutton was a victim of criminal damage to property in Raton.
Mark Marshall was a victim to forgery, fraud, conspiracy, tampering with evidence, compounding a crime and false authentication in Raton.
