This individual is responsible for managing and coordinating family services under the direction of the 1451 Coordinator and 1451 IOG for Huerfano County. The family services coordinatior works closely with the community partners and the Interagency Staffing Services Team (ISST) to establish a detailed treatment/service plan for families requiring intensive services. A BA in social work, psychology or related field, or relevant experience is required. Experience working with multiple agencies including schools, mental health, child welfare and juvenile justice, and experience with youth with complex emotional needs and their families is also required.
