COLFAX HELP WANTED

THE CITY OF RATON is accepting applications for a full-time Financial Operations Clerk. The successful candidate must have a minimum of at least three (3) Years bookkeeping, accounting, finance, human resources or related experience. Preference given for Associates Degree in business/related field or any combination of education and experience totaling Three (3) years. Strong written/ oral communication skills, ability to interact with public, accuracy and integrity of work is essential. This position is responsible for purchase order issuance and management. Work includes but is not limited to processing payables, preparing and maintaining vendor files, check registers, various financial reports, processing of employee reimbursements, providing assistance preparing records for annual financial audit and cross training with staff on all other financial related operations. Must have a strong background in computer systems and use of Microsoft Office Software. The salary range will be $16 – $18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. The Website Services Assistant will manage flow of service tickets directly related to Website maintenance from creation to closure.
