Submittal Requirements
The responding party should include any information that he/she feels will enable the evaluators in making a decision and must include at a minimum, the following information:
• 1. Experience/Qualifications of the Advertising/Marketing Professional – Identify one (1) individual on the proposer’s team who will manage the contract work. Identify the role of each member who will service the contract.  Current resumes should be attached for each person who would, in any way, be associated with this contract and their proposed areas of responsibility should be described.
• 2. Examples of Quality of Work -For the individual or agency assigned to perform the Services, a description of relevant past projects and example of prior work and materials pertinent to providing the Services must be provided, including campaigns completed and/or experience working within the tourism industry.
• 3. References- Provide at least two (2) references.
• 4. Financial Statement – Provide evidence of financial stability.  The proposer must document sufficient financial resources necessary to perform all services associated with the contract, including prepayment of expenses.
• 5. Background and history – Provide a description of the nature of the entity’s services and activities. Note when the business was established.  List the locations(s) of the office(s) from which the primary work for this proposal would be performed.
• 6. Proposed Contract Fee – Contractor will discuss and settle on an appropriate contract fee with the City of Trinidad to include travel related expenses, stock or custom photography expenses, illustration, color prints and presentation materials.  Proposals will be accepted through September 18, 2023 4 p.m. MST.
