WALSENBURG — The Wheelhouse Retail Incubator and Makerspace is thrilled to announce a week-long celebration of small businesses in our community during Small Business Week, taking place from April 30 to May 4, 2024.
The event series kicks off with “Social Media 101 Lunch and Learn” on April 30 at the Spanish Peaks Library in Walsenburg, presented by the Pueblo SBDC. On May 1, join us for “Entrepreneur Stories” at the new Grandote Peaks Steakhouse and Bar in La Veta. On May 2, Crafty Canary Brewery in Walsenburg will host a “Small Business Week Meetup”. Finally, don’t miss the “Incubator Pop-up and Makerspace Open House” on May 3 and 4 at the Wheelhouse, featuring Huerfano retail startups, Makerspace demonstrations, and confidential business consulting.
These events are free and designed to provide support, resources, and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow your existing business, there’s something for everyone during Small Business Week.
