Bill Wood retires from SIEA

Bill Wood’s  Retirement Party

PUEBLO- Bill Wood was feted at his retirement party in Pueblo on Tuesdayin grand fashion. 

The San Isabel Electric Association CEO has retired after 31 years on the job.  During the gala event held at the Pueblo Convention Center, employees, business leaders, city leaders and educational institution leaders praised Bill Wood for his business, civic and philanthropic leadership at SIEA.       Mayor Edi Sheldon of Walsenburg presented Wood with a beautifully framed Certificate of Appreciation and a key to the city for all of his efforts on behalf of the city.  Walsenburg sold their electric utility to San Isabel in the 1980s.
