Dr. David Gray, Superintendent of the Re-1 School District, announced his resignation today, (Feb. 28) effective April 1. Gray reportedly is taking a job as an assistant superintendent in a growing school district in northern Washington state. He has been the superintendent Walsenburg and Gardner for only two years.
