Police investigating alleged abduction, sexual assault

WALSENBURG- Walsenburg police are investigating a report of the abduction and sexual assault of a high school student by two men and a woman on Tuesday. afternoon.
The 17-year old female victim was reportedly abducted sometime after 3:20 pm and found by school personnel and her own family members at approximately 4:45 pm Tue., Oct. 11. According to sources the victim was kidnapped while walking from Peakview to John Mall High School Tuesday afternoon.
A source told the Huerfano World Journal, the victim reported she was struck with her own backpack and knocked unconscious, then was sexually assaulted. She reportedly said the attackers wrote “S**T D.C” in red permanent marker on her body. The victim said she was raped and sexually assaulted with a black permanent marker.
