Eleanor Gallegos, 91, loving mother and grandmother, passed away Monday, May 10, 2010. Eleanor had a passion for family, gardening, painting, cooking and she was an expert seamstress.
Funeral services are 1:30 pm Thursday, May 13 at Broadway Mortuary Chapel, Wichita, Kansas. Graveside services are 10 am Saturday, at Upper Huerfano Cemetery, Gardner, Colorado.
She is preceded in death by husband Monty and sisters Josephine and Martha. Survivors include her daughters, Ilene (Keith) Miers, Darlene (Larry) Saker and Dorothy (Terry) McManis; sister, Sophie Cerda; grandchildren, David Miers, Dee Dee Fox, Lisa Klock, Kim Pericola, Doug Baird, Adrian McManis, Stephanie McManis and seven great grandchildren.
