Editor’s note:

This time of year it is especially important for family, friends and neighbors of our elderly citizens to be aware of their needs.  It is very unfortunate that in the last few weeks in our small town four men died in their homes without anyone attending to them.  All the good citizens of  Walsenburg should keep an eye out for our neighbors in need.
