The board voted to accept “design # 5” of the signage designs presented by Clyde Schroeder in last month’s meeting. The unique sign emblazoned with “Spanish Peaks Country” will be located along the I-25 right of way north of Lascar Road. Now that a design has been selected the board approved contacting Schroeder to get prices on engineering drawings and material specs for the sign. The board hopes to vote on proceeding with the sign project at the next meeting May 6.
