by Sharon Niederman RATON — Raton’s economic development director Jessica Barfield has announced which small businesses will receive grants from round two of city CARES Act Small Business Relief fund. “We’ve helped approximately 30 of Raton’s small businesses keep their doors open during the pandemic,” Barfield says. The second round included non-profits. Approximately $93,000 was available. These grants are intended to assist businesses affected by the pandemic.
