by Sharon Niederman
RATON — According to Raton director of Economic Development Jessica Barfield, the city has awarded $625,000 of CARES Small Business Grant money to 16 local small businesses. The awards range from $3,000 to $100,000. This money is intended to cover losses incurred by the COVID pandemic.
