Huerfano- There were no changes in the Colorado High School Class 2A rankings as the year came to a close. Adam Ortivez of La Veta was ranked at the number two position at 103 pounds, Clayton Archuleta (John Mall) came in at number three at 130, Stephen Kimbrel (LV) number 4 at 145, Ron Ortivez, (LV), at 6th in the 152 pound class and Nicholas Northup (LV-189) number 6.
Both Ortivez brothers, and Kimbrel won all their matches in the Dec. 20 La Veta tournament before the holiday break. This should improve their rankings when the new polls come out next Thursday.
