February 19- Eugene Gonzales, 67, Walsenburg, was summoned into court on suspicion of violation of a protection order.
February 20- Severino Martinez, 33, Walsenburg, was summoned into court on suspicion of False Reporting to Authorities.
Ricky Bobian, 34, Walsenburg, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Huerfano County for marijuana possession with a $2,000 bond, and an outstanding warrant from Colorado State patrol for failure to appear with a $500 bond.
February20-Josiah Costello, 18, Fountain, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Huerfano County for contempt of court with a $250 bond, and three (3) outstanding warrants out of El Paso County for failure to appear, all with no bond.
Tammie Vigil, 34, Walsenburg was summoned into court on suspicion of theft under $500.
February 23- Theresa Gonzales, 41, Walsenburg, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, 2nd degree assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest, and speeding.
Guillermo Valdez, 42, Aguilar, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under revocation as a habitual traffic offender, possession of a weapon while under the influence of alcohol, possession of a weapon by a previous offender, and disregarded traffic control device.
February 25- Rosita Aguirre, 48, Walsenburg was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Huerfano County for dangerous drugs with a $10,000 bond.
