Police Blotter

March 28- Joy Shields, 47, Walsenburg, was arrested on suspicion of 3rd degree assault/domestic violence.

March 30- Burchard Mitchell, 29, Trinidad, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under revocation as a habitual traffic offender, speeding, and violation of protection order. 

Manuel Sanchez, 56, Pueblo, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Pueblo for theft by receiving with a $10,000 bond.                                      

April 4- Marcus Ellis, 19, Walsenburg, and John Atencio, 19 Walsenburg, were summoned into court on suspicion of 3rd degree assault.

April 7- Ronald Eastman, 32, Walsenburg, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of California for dangerous drugs with no bond.   

April 9- Stephanie Bacca, 30, Walsenburg, was arrested on suspicion of driving while ability impaired by alcohol, and careless driving.                                                         

Fernando Vigil, 49, Pueblo West, was arrested on three (3) outstanding warrants out of Pueblo with bond totaling $15,219.

April 18- Raymond Romero, 45, Walsenburg, was summoned into court on suspicion of theft under $100.

April 12- Kenneth Wayne Sandoval, 39, Walsenburg, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Huerfano County for trespassing with a $2,500 bond.

April 17- Rafael Montoya, 54 was summoned into court on suspicion of 3rd degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

Ronald Pacheco, 51, Walsenburg, and Samson Lopez, 29, Trinidad, were summoned into court on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

April 18- William Blackman, 31, Walsenburg, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under revocation, and vehicle not equipped with tail lamps as required.
