Kathy Elizabeth Blackshear of Walsenburg passed away on May 8, 2010 at her home.
Kathy was born February 4, 1958 in Fort Worth, Texas to Floyd and Estelle Myers. She is preceded in death by her parents. Kathy is survived by two sons, Jason F. (Ashley) Stewart and Benjamin L. (Erin) Stewart; three grandchildren, Emerson, Caleb, and Cooper Stewart; two sisters Jeanette Scott and Linda Alderson; one brother Richard Myers; and long time companion James Blackshear.
A memorial service will be held at Boies-Ortega Funeral Home on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 5:30 pm.
