George S. Spock, 94, of Walsenburg, died Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at the Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center. George was born on September, 5, 1916 in Toltec to Mike and Ann Judisack Spock. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps and retired from the First National Bank in Walsenburg. George is survived by his sister, Margaret Styduhar and nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Martha and brothers. At George’s request, cremation has taken place. Services were held at St. Mary Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 2, 2011. Inurnment at North St. Mary Cemetery, Walsenburg, CO. The family requests donations in George’s name be made to the Senior Outreach Program.
