Schafer, William B. Jr. (Bill)
William (Bill) B. Schafer, Jr., 79, passed away November 4. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Linda; his sons Bill (Lisa) of Boulder, Colo., Bret (Kelli) of Hoehne, Colo., and Bob (Kristen) of Cokedale, Colo., daughter Beth (Troy) Kreutzer of Hoehne, Colo., and brother Ronald (Leatrice) Schafer of Walsenburg. Bill also had seven grandchildren; John Schafer, Bryan Schafer, Craig Schafer, Marley Schafer, Sawyer Schafer, Cydney Kreutzer and Kyle Kreutzer. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 15 at United Church of Walsenburg. In lieu of flowers and food, donations to the United Church of Walsenburg or the Sangre de Cristo Hospice are suggested.
