Mary Lily Trujillo, 90, of Walsenburg, went to be with the Lord on March 17, 2015. She was born November 3, 1924 in Mosquero, NM to Apolonio and Lucy West. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who loved cooking, crocheting, and enjoying time with her family. Mary Lily is survived by her children, Betty Romero, Maria Trujillo, Irene Trujillo, David (Gail) Trujillo, Elfido (Brenda) Trujillo, Cecilia Trujillo, Rose (Phillip) Barron, Richard Trujillo, Bertha (Floyd) Aguirre, Sam Trujillo, Tito Trujillo, and Filemon (Candace) Trujillo; two brothers, Lloyd (Brenda) West and Floyd (Elsie) West; three sisters, Cordy West, Madeline Duran, and Ernestine (Ivan, dec.) Griego. Mrs. Trujillo had 87 grandchildren, 113 great-grandchildren, and 27 great, great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elfido (Alfred) T. Trujillo; two sons, James Trujillo and Henry Montoya; two daughters, Martha Trujillo Manzanares and Sarah Trujillo. Service was held March 21, 2015 at The Emanuel Apostolic Temple in Walsenburg.
