COTOPAXI — La Veta’s away game against Cotopaxi last Saturday ended with a 74 to 33 loss for the La Veta six.
The La Veta football team had set their hopes for a season ending win against their 6-man Southwest League rivals the 1-3 Cotopaxi Pirates team. La Veta ended with a 1-5 record overall, 1-3 in legue play.
