WALSENBURG- The Huerfano County Correctional Center is proud to announce our Employee of the Year: Case Manager Jordan Dalton. Ms. Dalton, who lives in Pueblo, has been with HCCC for two and one half years and is the Case Manager for approximately 100 inmates.
Some of Jordan’s duties include the classification of inmates, documenting an inmate’s progress, counseling inmates, and preparing for parole board issues. Jordan has consistently performed these many duties, as well as numerous ancillary duties,in an exemplary manner and has demonstrated that “can do” attitude that makes her such a special employee.
Warden Bob Kurtz was proud to announce her selection at the HCCC annual Christmas party. Jordan was selected from a field of 11 other candidates, all of whom became Employees of the Month during 2008. Congratulations Jordan!!
