Colorado State Patrol is investigating a two-car collision that resulted in a fatality. The crash occurred on CO Hwy 160, 14 miles west of Walsenburg. A Dodge pickup collided head on with a Chevy Hatchback. Driver of the Dodge, 33-year old Maximiliano Delacruz Munoz of Walsenburg had minor injuries. Driver Mason Lyric of Walsenburg was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger, Alfonso Aguirre was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
