Medication assisted treatment for addiction

OUR WORLD — There’s no perfect way to talk about alcohol or opioid misuse. But that’s why we
need to talk about it. If you or someone you know needs support, there are resources available in Las Animas and Huerfano Counties.
One option is Medication Assisted Treatment or MAT. MAT fits your schedule and allows you to take medication at home with support from a doctor to decrease cravings and improve recovery.
It’s time we realize that substance misuse or addiction is NOT a sign of weakness. Addiction is a disease which can be treated. Get support and feel better. To learn more, call 719-859-4015, again 719-859-4015.
