NOTICE TO ANYONE WHO ATTENDED THE COMBINE ATHLETIC EVENT THAT TOOK PLACE ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 7, 2021, AT TRINIDAD STATE JUNIOR COLLEGE.
The Las Animas-Huerfano Counties District Health Department has confirmed that there
was a person who tested positive for the COVID-19 virus in attendance at the Combine
Athletic Event on Saturday, August 7, 2021. If you attended this event, you may have
been exposed to the COVID-19 virus. For this reason, we are asking everyone who
attended to please monitor themselves for symptoms for fourteen (14) days from the
day of exposure, which was August 7, 2021, and continue to monitor through August 21,
2021. If any symptoms occur, please isolate yourself and call your Health Care Provider
or the Health Department at 719-846-2213 to schedule a test.
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus.
